The location of the property is exceptional, so close to the ocean and endless beachfront with stunning sunsets which you can view from two balconies.  Close to shopping and restaurants but removed from the hustle and bustle of large condo hotels and malls.  Quiet but convenient.
The beachfront chairs and umbrella are the cherry on the cake if you rent in season.
We enjoyed our stay.

We have grown tired of the crowds of 30-A and have gradually moved further East over the years. I was worried about the proximity of this property to Panama City but we were pleasantly surprised! The beach was not crowded and essentials are just a few blocks away so you do not have to sit in traffic. We would definitely come back.
